Sometimes I think the stir-fry is kind of a boring dish, but I enjoyed this Harissa Stir-Fry with Quelites (or Spinach), Asparagus, and Tofu enough to eat it three days in a row.
A Cucumber Cooler…my official summer cocktail. Very easy and super refreshing; just muddle some cucumber slices with sprigs of cilantro, add a shot of vodka (or gin) and top with club soda. Perfection.
